Hampton Green Missionary Church had its humble beginnings in the late 1930’s. when Mr. William Campbell, then a member of nearby Phillipo Baptist Church, a Deacon and Sunday School teacher, started a ministry, Children’s Mission, at 12 Oxford Road, Mowatt Land.

The church is led by Rev. Jacob McLean who began his tenure in November 2012. Under his leadership, a great emphasis has been placed on The Family Church concept with a focus on relationship building, membership participation and outreach.

Pastor Walter Williams was assigned to work with Rev. Jacob McLean who is the Chairman of the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica.

The goals and objectives for each ministry of the church are derived from the main theme, “Embracing Revival: Delivering Excellence in Serving Christ”. Hampton Green Missionary Church “85 years strong and the church continues...”
